Terms of Sale and Refund Policy
This technical site is dedicated to the professionals of the grinding plants, especially the cement industry.
The site now has a paid membership area.
Two types of subscription are offered:
- A Classic subscription valid for one year
- A Premium subscription valid for one year with a license for the GK version light software, for the same duration.
Payment is made by the means of payments methods proposed on the site (online or offline).
The site also offers a software called GK version 8.
This software is sold as an unlimited license.
Refund Policy
A refund request will normally not be accepted unless there are convincing reasons justifying a refund.
For the classic subscription, the CLIENT has 15 days from the day of adhesion to claim a refund.
For the Premium subscription, a possible partial refund is possible, maximum 15 days from the day of adhesion.
The rest of the annual premium subscription, i.e. the difference between the Premium and Classic subscription, will remain available to the AUTHOR who has sent a one-year license for the software GK Light version impossible to cancel.
Regarding the GK software, up to 30 days from the day of purchase, the AUTHOR will usually require to the CLIENT to provide a satisfactory explanation as to why a refund is merited and why he didn't use the 10-day trial to agree or not the product.
After 30 days, no refund is possible unless authorized by the AUTHOR due to unforeseen and/or exceptional circumstances.
The AUTHOR reserves the right to accept the refund, or to make a commercial effort to solve any problem.
